I have the MSI one paired with a 4790k. OC'd to 4.5GHz and is completely stable . Can't say I've had any experience with the AsRock one.

1. Which Mobo is best for the z97 chipset right now for around 235CAD?
2. Should I save a bit more and get the New Maximus VIII Hero when it is realsed in July, My birthday is in that month so I bet I can get a better this mobo.
