Assassin's Creed 3 Lag issue on amd card!!?

Hello ppl....i have previously played AC3 on my nvidia laptop with gt 635m with not lag issues on high settings....but as i played on my other laptop with amd hd7670m it lags enourmously..making it unplayable....i have also tried on gt710m and gt 630m with no lag(i.e AC3)...other games like battlefield 4,watchdogs etc runs fine on my amd hd 7670m(also tried other laptops having the same card)...does the AC 3 have incompatibility with radeon cards??(especially the mobile ones?)...just wanted to clear it out..any help will be appreciated thanks!

No.....as far as I know, AC3 has no compatibility issues with AMD radeon cards (not sure about mobile ones). I myself play AC3 on my pc without any issues and I have a AMD Radeon HD4530 card. So, there shouldn't be any problem related to the Radeon card....
