[SOLVED] Assassins Creed 4 Black Flag lags on GTX 1650

Hi,
I've just installed on my new gaming laptop with i7 9750h + GTX 1650 not max-q, and it's going at 50-60 FPS with settings medium/high. But look at the image [

It seems Quite normal for me because assassins creed 4 is quite a not well optimised game. even high end gpus cant hit that sweet 144 fps
