assassin's creed 4 or rogue

I have an i3 4170 and a gtx 560 but I will upgrade my graphics card soon.I wondered which game is better.Assassin's creed rogue or black flag.

Anyways, I've played both and, for me, Black Flag is much better

Yeah I looked for an appropriate section but didn't find one.I am still not sure I have played a bit of ac4 and enjoyed my time with it.
