Assassins Creed Black Flag Graphics Configurations

Can anyone help me set up the graphics configurations for Assassins creed Black Flag.

I have a Core 2 quad q9550
a Gtx 660 @ 1200mhz cs and 1600mhz ms
and 5 gigs ram.
What should i enter for the graphics?

if you are ok with 30-40PS i would say ultra 1080p

thats the thing. when Im on just high settings, i get 20-40 fps
