Assassins Creed: Brotherhood, Installation error Isdone.dll Error code -7

Hey guys i am gettiing Error Isdone.dll error Code -7 while installing the assassins creed brotherhood, I tried many things but couldent get to fix the error,

*I HAVE WINDOWS 7 64Bit! Installed just few days back.. so no virus.

So i have tried to following things:
1> Restarting PC
2> Running setup as Adminstrator
3> Installing using Sandboxie
4> Cleaning Registry using CCleaner
5> Downloading isdone.dll and putting it in System32 and in sysWOW64
6> installed direct x, Vcredists
...
Please Help!
P.s: it isnt pirated copy for me, I Got it from local store paid 40$.. so completely legit as i paid for it.

And also now i tried to install in SAFE MODE! and also In Tried to change installation folder, tried to move setup to other folder then install nothing works,

My PC specs:

Ram: 4GB.. 3.88GB useable
Process: Core i5 2.5
HDD: 300 GP! upto 50GP free in C drive (windows drive)
