Hi,

I recently purchased a activation key for The Lost Archive UPLAY dlc to unlock Vlads Tepes sword mission but after playing the normal mission one day, i noticed something that was not there before and that was the download link bar. I proceeded to download the dlc, however, i got an error message (unable to start download, insufficient space) but i have 85.6gb left. Then i closed uplay and relaunched it but then the download bar was not there. i then tried verifying the files and also got an error message after that (unable to validate files, try reinstalling), these are no doubt part of the issue. Then i restart the computer and a short time later, i have the download bar showing on the uplay interface again one minute but then on closing uplay and reopening it then disappears.

I've contacted Ubisoft but getting a little frustrated here. HEEEEELLLLLLPPPPP!

Kinguin, is the online merchant i bought it from. I personally feel that it's Ubisoft's technical glitch here.
Verification for the files was for the base game and not the dlc.

Doesnt matter what you think. You are buying a questionable key. Dont expect Ubisoft to help you or make sure its activated. No one here can help you either cause most likely it is your grey market key that is the issue and cant be helped.

Contacted Ubisoft who gave me a replacement key, however, that did not work either and they acknowledged it was a technical fault on their side. I've requested an account closer anyway so i will not be using them again.
