assassins creed unity customization problem

Guys i cant customize arno from my customization menu , i cant change the colour , chest , legs or anything , the only thing i can change is the whole outfit from outfits but nothing else , so am i the only one who is having this problem ?? and please any suggestions i can do to fix this , sorry for long thread

Seif , i just cant i keep changing any thing but it is like its stuck i tried most of the opened colours but nothing is changing , another glitch maybe ??
