assassin's creed unity with fx 4300 and gtx 970

You will be able to play but not in ultra might be at medium for 60fps , at ultra frames are gonna drop horribly , and your computer is slightly unbalanced, FX 4300 will bottleneck 970 even if overclocked, upgrade to a fx8350 or 6300 at least , min cpu asked for unity is i5, and the game is not optimized well for AMD hardware

Look, Unity is a really badly made game. Watch TotalBiscuit on youtube and his review of the gameplay. He has two 980's and a 6 core cpu and can't run it smoothly. Nevertheless, the performance may vary. I ran it with a 280x smoothly on ultra high (not sure about the frames though), but the gpu load was 99% all the time, Apart from that, I didn't really like the game.

I can't guarantee you that. It most probably will, BUT you might have occasional fps drops. You will have to play around with the settings to see for yourself. I tested it with a 280x, but on a 4690k, so I'm not sure about the fx6300. Though it should be ok.

Once again, Unity is a problem even for really powerful machines. If a guy with an i7-5930K and two 980's has problems, chances are that most of the people are going to have problems.
