Yes here is a similar board but MSI instead of Gigabyte however it costs slightly more so it is now over your 40K budget if that is alright.

no case or hard drive?

i have 500gb HD . sorry, not to mention that.

Sure, But please keep the budget ($620) in mind for CPU, GPU, MoBo, RAM.

Do you have one?

Here you go, did the best i could within your budget. Since Maxalge is here he should be able to pickup any changes specifically Case i am unsure on most the budget cases quality. Just squeezed a 120GB SSD for a boot drive in since you already have a spare 500GB HDD for bulk storage. Also managed a GTX 1050 Ti in the budget which should be a solid performer over the 750 Ti and a massive jump from a GT 610.

Why did you choose Intel Pentium G4560 3.5GHz Dual-Core Processor over 1150 i5 4440 Processor.

is this pc able to run Battlefield 1 (2016) ?

The newer socket (for newer technologies and upgrade paths), superior single core performance, only a fraction slower in multi-core performance and the i5 4440 is more than double the price meaning you would be skimping out on the GPU or other parts in the system. See here > http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Intel-Pentium-G4560-vs-Intel-Core-i5-4440/3892vs1993.

Yes it will run BF1 fairly well, but that game really loves powerful CPUs. Still solid performance > https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OqxdALB7nwg

I think Intel-Pentium-G4560 is best option to choose thanks to your great knowledge and advice.
can you please suggest a alternate mobo other than Gigabyte. i had bad exp. with Gigabyte.

Can i use this PSU: http://www.amazon.in/Corsair-CP-9020098-WW-VS650-Power-Supply/dp/B00DQ5KF0Q/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1492075063&sr=8-2&keywords=power+supply+650w

I would advise against it they are Tier 4 Power Supplies (Unreliable and low quality).

To be honest, it seems costly to me.. so that's why
