Hi so for the past couple of weeks I've been getting the error on blue screen netio.sys/fwpkcInt.sys. Usually blue screen once a day but this week it's starting to happen more frequently at least 5 times a day. I looked up a few fixes which have not seemed to work like updating drivers, checking memory, SFC scan, etc. and now after some more time it is no longer coming up with a blue screen but rather the PC just freezes and needs a hard reset. I have checked the minidump files with blue screen viewer and windows debugger but not sure what i'm really looking at. Ever since the freezing started no new minidumps have been created and the ones that were available are deleted. Minidump and msinfo

Always a good thing. If I'm asking a question, I'd rather have help from 5 people than 1.

You are using BIOS 0805. There are BIOS updates available for your system. Wait for additional information before deciding to update or not. Important: Verify that I have linked to the correct motherboard. Updating your BIOS can be risky. Never try it when you might lose power (lightning storms, recent power outages, etc).

This information can be used by others to help you. Someone...
fwpkcInt.sys is part of kaspersky
netio.sys is used by windows to talk to lan drivers

unrelated to BSOD but GPUFanhelper.exe crashes almost every day, its part of Asus GPU Tweak Perhaps update it.

I haven't looked at dumps as I need to ask a friend to convert them but do you use WIFI or Cable?

Try running this and see if it offers any new drivers - https://www.intel.com.au/content/www/au/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html there might be newer internet drivers there.

try updating or removing kaspersky?

What are specs of the PC?
I7 - 9700K
MB: Rog Maximus XI Wifi (Bios 0805 dated 29/1/2019)
Nvidia RTX 2080
Ram - 16gb
Storage - 500gb Samsung 970 Evo (Nvme)
1tb Samsung 980 (Nvme)
1tb Samsung 860 Evo (ssd)
4tb Seagate hdd

I may have missed a few things
MSINFO can't tell me what PSU you have??

apart of Kaspersky? don't think I'll be able to update Kaspersky as I use Malwarebytes and I don't see anything under my add or remove programs for Kaspersky.
I'll look into updating Asus GPU Tweak, how do you see that it crashes???
Used the Intel link to check for drivers, only one it found was for wireless adapter. I'm using cable not WIFI but WIFI is installed on my PC.
And yes missing some storage devices there, PSU is a Corsair HX850i

nvm, i misread a result. it might be part of windows but I haven't seen it before.
FWP/IPsec Kernel-Mode API
The Windows Filtering Platform (WFP) functions that interact with Internet Protocol Security (IPsec) (link)
netio.sys is internet related, I know that much.

I have sent links to a friend to convert dumps, it will tell me more. I was just working with what you told me.

GPU tweak is seen on System information app
in left column, open Software environment folder
click on Windows error reporting
in right column, expand the details column so you can see more of the description
its hard to miss

its crashed every day since 28th August last year. Remove or repair it?
possibly crashed before that but that was when your last version update of windows was installed, it can't see before then.

ahh okay I have updated Asus GPU Tweak hope that fixes it.
I really appreciate the help and knowledge though, I've been trying to figure this out for quite awhile now and not sure what is causing the BSOD. It's been happening more and more frequently and have not really made any changes to my PC before or after the BSOD.

I can't really use windows error reporting page to figure out cause.
One reason is it doesn't sort in date order, it sorts Alphanumerically which doesn't work, as after January ends it shows October since its next numerically... 1, 10, 11 - I have reported this as a bug/feature but I doubt it ever change. I think its the output of another report.

I do see more than 1 BSOD though.

Hmm okay I didn't even know about the windows error reporting page. And yea there has been so many BSODs.

Both are SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3b) bugchecks.

In both dumps mwac.sys and MBAMService.exe come up. I think both are related to MalwareBytes.

What router? Do you use some kind of DLNA related application on the system and when BSODs happen?

I took Colifs suggestion of uninstalling Malwarebytes then if you're saying it might be Malwarebytes also, really weird because I've been using it for years without issues.
I've got a Netgear Nighthawk AX6, could you clarify on DLNA? I googled it but not 100% sure and as far as to my knowledge I don't on this PC it's like chrome casting or something? And to answer the second part of that question no I don't use any DLNA related application when BSODs happen, if I'm correct about what DLNA is. The BSODs happen at any random moment in time on my PC, I could be turning on my PC logging into windows and it freezes or sometimes it will be ok for a couple hours then my PC freezes.

uninstall malwarebytes and see if you still crash.

btw, that wasn't who I was expecting but its like that these days, people will just jump in and help :)

Took your suggestion of uninstalling it! Going to be using it like this for next couple days and see if it might be the cause, will notify if there are any further BSODs.
And haha that's awesome! I'm glad another person jumped in and is assisting too! :)

Ok well within about 15-20 minutes of having Malwarebytes uninstalled my PC froze still. I want to clarify that my PC is no longer doing BSOD as of like 3-4days ago, PC will just freeze and need to hard reset it.

Solution
Both of those were Malwarebytes crashing.
the process that caused crash as well as the victim of the crash. this is unusual as they don't normally crash themselves
Could try reinstalling it. Although it doesn't look that old.

freezing isn't a habit of windows, it creates a crash. Freezing is hardware
checking memory
how?

Try running memtest86 on each of your ram sticks, one stick at a time, up to 4 passes. Only error count you want is 0, any higher could be cause of the BSOD. Remove/replace ram sticks with errors. Memtest is created as a bootable USB so that you don’t need windows to run it

i wonder what this is
Mar 29 2018MEmuDrv.sysMemuHyperv Support driver (Microvirt Corporation)
and why only 1 part of a VPN on PC
Feb 23 2020YSDrv.sysVirtualBox Support driver
unless its linked to
Aug 14 2014vbaudio_cable64_win7.sysVB Virtual Audio Device driver https://www.vb-audio.com/
but i don't think it is...

That Malwarebytes part sounds very strange for sure!
I tested the memory using Windows Memory Diagnostic tool, with both of them installed and then one at a time in the same slots they currently are. I believe nothing was found but I'm not sure if there are logs to check. Will try out memtest86 to see how that goes!
Freezing is hardware related!! got it, TIL

MEmuDrv.sys is a android emulator program I "used" for playing mobile games, didn't realize I had that one installed still either.
YSDrv.sys is also an android emulator that I currently use to play mobile games.
Which one did you mean is only 1 part of a VPN on PC?
And you are correct vbaudio_cable64_win7.sys is not linked to either of the other two, vbaudio_cable64_win7.sys Is used with VoiceMEETER Banana to have multiple audio inputs is best way I can describe.

A few hours later it makes sense to use a virtual machine to run the emulation in

have you run Magician on the nvme drives and run diagnostics?

I did have that installed already and looked it over but didn't see anything about a diagnostic tool. Clicked to make sure my magician was up to date and it said it was but since you linked it says current version is 7.0.1, meanwhile I had version 5.3 so I uninstalled and reinstalled magician. Apparently drive that has my windows 10 install does not support diagnostic scans.

I was just sitting here thinking and my PC has frozen up twice already today and if RAM works, SSD works, PSU is giving power to all the components from the looks of it, the PC still stays on when it freezes up and if I'm listening to audio it gets cut off, could it be a CPU issue? to my knowledge it doesn't overheat though.
EDIT: as I finished posting this it froze.
