Hello,
Recently I bought a new headset to replace my old one. I bought the Astro A40s with the mix amp PRO (not tr please keep that in mind). After i plugged in the USB power cable and the inline mute cable (headset to mix amp) to the mix amp i then plugged in the Y adapter (red and green). When i connected the Y adapter i noticed the the microphone wasn't working straight away so i wen't into my sound options and saw that the microphone wasn't working at all.
The sound from the headset on the other hand works fine.
