asus 770 dc2oc+620 watt psu

Wil i be ok with a corsair Hx620 psu and a asus gtx 770 dc2oc?
Other components will be an optical drive, 1 hdd and one ssd and no planning for overclocking.

yes you have plenty of power even if you have some power hungry processor it will be fine
and you will also have enough headroom for additional overclocking...
