I see three Asus boards listed at their website based on the Intel 875P. But
which model is the best and how do the models differ?

I only saw two of them but that doesn't mean a lot since I didn't search in
detail. Between the two I saw, there is really no "best" unless you have
some special needs since one of them is aimed at the upper level workstation
market and the other is a dual-processor server using Xeons. But if you have
the budget for it and know what you are getting into the latter is probably
best for the super power user. Of course IIRC the pair of top-tier Xeon
processors to plug into the MB will run you around $2000 before you consider
anything else for the system.
