Hi,

I am having an issue with my computer coming u

My configuration is
"Asus EX A320 M Gaming" Motherboard
Ryzen 2 1600
"GEFORCE GTX 1650" Display card

It sometimes does not boot at all, even the keyboard is not recognized.
If kept shut and unplugged for a few hours it does get into the bios, recognizes the drives etc.
But since the past few time fails to boot, have tried from bootable windows HDD as well as Ubunto on USB

I have tried resetting the CMOS (by shorting the pins)
resetting bios thru cmos
changed ram
changed keyboard & mouse
changed PSU
There is no heating issue

While I was getting this problem for some time the latest bout started when I installed the stuff in a new cabinet with the new PSU and RAM. It worked outside the cabinet, installed it inside the cabinet connected a win 10HDD. I thought I would update the bios and so installed ASUS's suite III. The install asked for a reboot and never came up. Since then this is a persistent problem.

Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Thanks,

name and model of psu also stand off are in between board and case since it was working outside made sure the outside shield part of gpu cable does not touch the case any led or debug error code appear or stay on this win 10 hdd was made with this board or another system .

PSU is Corsair CV450

No cables are in a sleeve and are not touching any part.

It also worked in the cabinet, and the crisis mainly came on when it was installing the Asus software suite and asked for a restart. It had not come to updating the BIOS (I think).
No error codes in windows 10, it had loaded gracefully and even exited so.
