ASUS A55BM-A/M32BF/DP-MB booting issues

The motherboard's LED lights and I hear the power flowing through the motherboard, but the motherboard does not boot nor do the fans spin up nor do I know which power pins to jump because this motherboard has 2 front panel connectors. I am not entirely sure if RAM is essentially needed for the motherboard to at least power up in this case since it's different than the usual ASUS A55BM-A motherboard Does any1 know how to troubleshoot this issue?

I think it needs ram if you didnt install any

I know that most motherboards dont even need ram to boot, they just make loud alert sounds. So confusing.

The power button of the PC may or may not work I have no clue

Either way shorting out the pins is impossible when there is 2 front panel connectors
