Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe nForce4 SLI

I'm thinking about replacing my old AGP board with this new Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe nForce4 SLI board and then going to PCI-e graphics cards (Purchasing one vid card first, then a second later). I haven't found anything to suggest this is a bad board to use for this purpose. What do you guys think? I was planning on putting in duel eVGA 6800 GT PCI-e cards eventually (starting with one at first as stated). Any problems that may be forseen with this? The other thing is that I have 2 GB of OCZ PC3200 that I used with my other 939 board from gigabyte (which failed in under 6 months - horrible story compareable with a greek tragedy). Can I use this ram with the new motherboard? I checked out the ASUS website, but the memory chart is somewhat confusing to me. Any help on this topic would be greatly appreciated!
 
It looks like that RAM would work - post the part number or a link and we can confirm.
