Asus A8V deluxe Socket 939 board

I am now fairly convinced on using the Asus A8V deluxe board given I do not want to wait for the socket 939 with the nforce chipset.(FYI I am going with a AMD Athlon64 3500+ processor) Are there any problems anyone knows about with this mobo?
