ASUS AI Suite III: GPU "Smart Mode" Bug(?) Please help!!

I was messing around with fan controls in AI Suite 3 for chassis fans and cpu fans. I noticed you could change the gpu fans as well when you set the gpu "smart mode" rather than "auto mode". I switched it to smart mode and moved the settings around no problem, however the one big problem is that if I move the AI Suite screen or open any other tab/move anything on the screen (except the mouse is okay and I can control fan controls and even go back to auto mode), my screen will freeze for one second and then weird "glitchy" patches/squares/lines begin to appear on my screen. From here, I cannot do anything. I don't know if programs are still running or if I can still click around, but my screen remains frozen with these "glitchy" lines.

This has occured in the past before but I don't quite remember what I did and/or why this even happens in the first place. I can turn my computer on, go into BIOS, and even hang out on my sign in screen as long as I want, but as soon as I sign, everything will eventually become glitchy again (I'm assuming thats when the AI Suite finally laods?).

processor: Intel i5 6600k
motherboard: ASUS Z170 -A ATX LG1151
memory: Patriot Viper 4 8gb (2x4gb) DDR4-2800
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO series 250gb
WD Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM HDD
GPU: ASUS STRIX GeForce GTX 1070 8gb
Power Supply: EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 650W 80+ Gold Fully Modular ATX power

etc.. the rest I'm sure is redundant to spit out

I can only suggest one thing mattstoffle, Get rid of it. IMO
Aisuite3 has its issues and yes I know, Its nice looking software and handy to use but it don't play well with some systems. All that you can do in AISuite you can do in Bios and sometimes it will corrupt your Bios forcing you to reflash or clear CMOS.

How do I delete it/disable it if I can't access anything shortly after I sign in? Is there a way to do that in BIOS?

Well you can uninstall the program (Not from Bios) and here's how, but you may have to do it in safe mode if it's crashing soon after windows loads.

Both methods in a little way helped to solve the issue! Thank you so much for the assistance! I ended up having to reboot my computer in safe mode and simply delete the AISuite3 folder in the program files(x86). Reboot and nothing has crashed within 5 seconds yet.. There might be more files to delete, but at least the problem is gone.

Run CCleaner registry cleaner to get rid of any entrails.
