asus anc rog vulcan or cooler master sirus s 5.1

so i'm looking for a headset. which of these two is better in terms of quality (please dont mention one is better because it's cheaper).

asus anc rog Vulcan

also is 5.1 really a big difference, if so why does asus rog vulcan (non 5.1) more expensive than the CM sirus s?

also i have an asus xonar dgx soundcard if that will matter.

5.1 does make difference.
