They are essentially equivalent and mostly comes down to brand preference, BUT, the Asus comes with 8GB memory, which is what most people would recommend in a machine if you are going to be using it for gaming. The Asus will provide you the better experience.

Thanks for the tip and advice! One more question tho, about the graphic card. the lenovo has a 4gb and the asus a 2gb. Do they not make much of a difference? Thanks again!

It depends on the game really, if a game is using a lot of textures or very large textures then you might benefit from the extra VRAM, and on the resolution you plan to use (2GB is enough for most practical uses) if you however wanted to choose the Lenovo because of it, make sure the RAM is upgradable so you can add 4GB more to it, which may also be something you'd want to look at.
The 1080p IPS screen makes a *huge* difference in screen clarity from the run of the mill TN panels. You won't want to game at 1080p with this GPU, but when using the laptop for other things it'll be night and day better.
