Asus anti-surge/ PSU/ short circuito problem

So i just a few weeks ago i built my gaming pc, everything worked just fine until a few days ago started shuttng off out of nowhere, then tried to boot but shuts on and off repeatedly, sometimes getting to the bios, sometimes the "asus anti-surge detected..."screen, and sometimes not even that, just flicker of the front lights of de case and fans trying to start, now when i try to turn it on nothing happends when you press the power button, but a few seconds later starts dong the dame by itself, it sounds like a short circuit everytime, i dont think its the PSU but then again, im no expert
The specs are:
650wPsu sentey
AMD fx-8350
Gtx960 strix 4gb
8gb ram
1tb Wd blue

650wPsu sentey , IT'S YOUR VERY POOR POWER SUPPLY , it needs to be replaced.

It's a Sentey so there's a good chance it's the PSU.
