HI im a newbie in PC and sorry for my bad english

Yesterday i bought a new asus gtx 960 strix since my last graphic card broken. After that, i use it to play dota 2 and then my PC shutdown automatically and when its started , a warning about asus anti surge detect unstable PSU. But if i dont use it for dota 2 and just play game like Assasins creed Black Flag, This problem isnt there.
I dont know what happen but i think its because my PSU cant handle my new graphic card

Here is My PC spec:
Intel Core i7 2600 @3.4 GHz Sandy Bridge 32nm Technology
ASUSTek P8H67-M LX (LGA-1155)
Deepcool Gammaxx 300
NVidia GeForce GTX 960 Strix 2gb ddr5
RAM 8.00 GB dual channel DDR3 @665 MHz
465GB WD WDC WD5000AAKX-083CA1 ATA Device
Seasonic s12ii 430 watt

Thank you for your help before.

Im too afraid to disable it.
By the way same problem happened again just now
I tried to play Witcher 3 with pretty much all settings max-ed and after a few minutes the Asus Anti Surge triggered
It makes me think that my PSU cant support this graphic card when its fan start to getting faster.
