Asus B250H Strix LEDs still on when shut down

When i shut down my PC the LEDs on the board are still on. Is this normal?

Specs:
I7 6700
Asus B250H Strix
16gb Gskill ripjaws ram
iGame GTX 950 (chinese brand)
1tb seagate hdd
250gb samsung ssd
Corsair TXM 650w
NZXT S340 elite
Cooler Master 212 turbo red

There is nothing wrong with your board or system - - all quite normal. All PSUs remain "live" for up to an hour after shutdown (even if you turn off the PSU or unplug it, unless you purge the residual power in it by pressing the power-on button).
