Question asus b450-f flashing next to ram

Hey, i recently built a computer everything seems fine but everytime i start it theres a light that goes from red-green-yellow-white then it stops and the computer turns on.

That is the POST, or Power On Self Test.
If none of those lights stay on, your system is fine.
Usually:
Red - cpu
Yellow - memory
White - vga
Green - boot

the thing is ive had this pc for a week and now just suddenly it just started doing the "POST". But i guess i dont have to worry.

That is absolutely normal.
I have had that same motherboard since last November and Phaaze88 is correct.
Those are just the Q-LEDs and should light up during POST.
