Question Asus B450 Gaming not turning on

I replaced my motherboard and CPU with a Asus b450 gaming motherboard with a ryzen 2600 CPU I installed everything and make sure that my connections were good but no matter what I do the board will not post turn on not even the LED logo will turn on the only thing that confuses me is the ethernet port LED still works and only works when connected to power the rest of my setup is a GTX 1060 6 gig
Corsair vengeance 3200 2x8 gig sticks
EVGA 650 BQ
WD 2tb hard drive
