Question ASUS B450 Plus Out/ Input USB

Hey, I have just upgraded my system. Everything has gone ok until i did my first boot where the motherboard doesn't recognise my mouse or keyboard or any outputs HDMI, DVI etc when on Windows. It does work on the BIO's page though and i have checked to see if any of the USB ports where disabled and they are all enabled.

I'm fairly new to building a PC and i only did it as i have been wanting to do one for a while.

Any input is much appreciated.

full system spec?
what os? did you fresh install?
