[SOLVED] Asus B450m Tuf Pro Gaming Bios Downgrade Bios File Not Supported by Ez Flash 3

Hello,

I have recently got Asus Tuf B450m Pro Gaming Motherboard (with Bios version 2202) and Ryzen 1400 (previous Motherboard Gigabyte A320m S2h).

I want to downgrade the Bios and i have downloaded all the BIOS version files from Asus.

Till version 1201 I can downgrade Bios.

But prior to it 1002, 0809, 0604, 0601, 0312 all are shown as " Selected File is not a proper BIOS" by Ez flash 3 Bios update.

What could be the problem.

My previous motherboard Gigabyte I can downgrade or update to any Bios version.

Does anyone have 0809 Bios that I can try.

On some motherboards....you can only downgrade the BIOS back to a certain point.
This may be a case of that.

I was just trying to overclock but it wont go above 3.7ghz max.

So I was just thinking to downgrade.

So Its mean ok.

As I said...some motherboards don't let you downgrade the BIOS past a certain point....and maybe yours is one of them.

In theory...downgrading the BIOS SHOULD NOT help you overclock....unless it's some sort of bug.
