Question Asus B560M-K Unidentified Issue PLEASE HELP URGENT

I have a Asus Prime B560M - K Motherboard. I assemble a pc with i5 11400F & RTX 2060. after assemble i power it on but after 15s no display then its restart still no display. Its continually happening... Then i checked GPU DRAM PSU all its same then i change the processor to Pentium Gold G6400 its power it on and getting display. Then i put that i5 11400F to different mother Prime H510M - E & Prime B560M - A its also working fine. But only we put it into that B560M - K its Not Working this is the story... Please Help
In B560M - K i updated the bios also still same
