About msi b85-g43 - is very good for OC......if you are buying a mobo for gaming but with "i5 4460" OC is 'poof' so you have to look for better option

Among those two [Asus-b85m-g vs Gigabyte-b85m-d3h], i would say definitely go with Gigabyte GA-B85M-D3H. It is a lot better then Asus B85M-G. It has more power phases as well as VRM heat sinks, PCI slots for any old PCI device and more audio ports as well as more Fan headers(3 vs 1)

Yet more uninvited suggestion would be reg PSU do not get corsair cx series, i would rather have you go to Seasonic M12ii 650 - you would...

I guess I was thinking about future upgrades. (He didn't say what form factor case, either)

I have to confess that 50 some odd dollars was a great price on that H97 mobo. I guess I kind of relate this to like buying motorcycles, when one has the 500cc at first, then later they'd wished they gotten the 1000cc.

I learned too late not to be overly budget minded, me with my mATX AMD rigs and all. But, that's why I was adding that "think of the future" aspect, which I didn't do.

Amazon delivers to India, and, you're right they're 80 USDs so hopefully they'll have prices soon competitive with Newegg's 61 USDs (which doesn't ship to India.) I sympathize with trying to build PC's on a budget (even worse when one bends the pins on a 90 dollar cpu.)
