Asus CG1330 Upgrade

I have a Asus CG1330 all stock and was wondering which graphic card someone would recommend. It currently has a ATI Radeon HD5750, and was looking to upgrade to a 2gb one. My only concern was that the power supply is 400w peak and I'm guessing 300 normal, and most of the graphic cards I have seen have a requirement of 500 wattage. Sorry if this is confusing, I'm pretty new to some of this stuff. I would like to spend 125$-200$ dollars on a new card.

Also if upgrading my power supply is something you advise could you please recommend me one, thanks.

for around $140 you can get the gtx 750ti which has 2 gb of RAM and is perfectly happy running on 300 watts. some do not even require a six pin power cable.
