Asus CUSL2 vs. Intel D815EEA

Well, I was all set to buy the Asus CUSL2 and then I was at a local electronics store today and they have a sale on an Intel D815EEA mainboard with a PIII-800 for just $299. However, I can't find any reviews of this Intel motherboard. Does anyone know anything about it, and which of the two is a better board?
