NTB Asus E406MA. NTB worked great, but one day it wouldn't turn on. After pressing the button on the keyboard, nothing happened (just darkness). Since the NTB does not have a CMOS battery, disk (eMMC) and RAM integrated on the motherboard, I disconnected the large battery and connected the NTB to a 19V adapter. After pressing the button on the keyboard, nothing happened (just darkness).
I measured the voltage on the MB and found that it was fine, 19V (see picture).
I would also like to check if the power button is fine, but I can't find the correct pins on the keyboard connector.

Could you please advise me?

If your notebook is unable to power up in spite of removing the battery but using the adapter to power it, then it's highly likely that your laptop has;
a| your laptop has a build up of static electricity
or
b| a short on the motherboard

With your adapter hooked up, you will need to probe for a short to ground, setting your multimeter to continuity mode. As for what to do after you've identified the component that's shorting, you will need to desolder and resolder the component that's shorting.
