black ops is quite easy on gpu. but the game needs quad core to run properly. when the game first comes out there were a lot of complain the game run bad with dual core processor. if your current gpu can max out Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare it is pretty much safe to assume you can run black ops also on max setting. i bet the upcoming modern warfare 3 also will be the same.
