ASUS F45A Will Not Install Windows 7

I am working on a friends ASUS F45A and trying to install Win7 (Any version) and it "loads files" but on the 'video' for "Starting Windows" it freezes part way through the 4 dots joining up... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tried:
- Win7 HP 32
- Win7 HP 64
- Win7 HP UG 32
- Win7 HP UG 64
- Win7 Pro 64

Faulty RAM could be the issue, check it : http://www.memtest.org/

Or the media from where you trying to install.
