Question ASUS FX 10CS_GL10SC Motherboard not powering on.

Hello everyone, i have a problem with my motherboard, it doesn't want to power on. I tried using a different PSU, Ram Stick and that didn't help. I tested my components on a other motherboard and it worked fine. So i'm pretty sure something is wrong with the motherboard itself. I tried reflashing bios with a programmer but that didn't help, clearing the cmos didn't help either. I checked the motherboard for any burned out vrms or other components but didn't see anything wrong at all. I wonder if anyone knows how to check for shorts/faulty components with a multimeter, It would really help me.

When posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please include/list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
OS:

List the parts that you've replaced as well to try troubleshooting the inactive system, i.e, a before and after set of specs.
