Asus FX553 FPS drops

Hi guys i have the fx553vd model of ASUS. it has the 4gb gtx1050.
i recently started facing fps drops in game which increased drastically. Usually CSGO starts at 130-140 fps and Pubg at 50 fps and then 5-10 minutes into the game ...the fps drops to 20-30 and 10-20 respectively..... checked the temps using coretemp and saw 85 degrees around each core with (!) sign after it. also saw that the cpu speed was at 1.7ghz instead of 3ghz+. CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT PLS? ANY HELP OR INSIGHT will be highly appreciated

Sounds like it's thermal throttling.
You should open it up and give it a nice clean(the radiators and fans are the most important). After that replace the thermal paste on the CPU and GPU.
That should reduce the temps quite a bit.
Also I'll recommend using Arctic MX-4 as the thermal compound.
