Asus Geforce GTX 750 Ti not working

Is Asus Geforce GTX 750 Ti OC 128 bit 2GB compatible with MSI Z77A-G45 motherboard? It worked with Z77MA-G45 and 400W PSU. Now moved it to my wifes computer with Chieftec 500W and black screen. Caps lock sometimes flashes, fans are working but no display. When I put back old videocard it still works.

Chieftec 500W seems ok. When you place it in your wife's computer did you hook up the PCIE power connector? (Have to ask) How do the contacts (copper slits on the bottom) of the card look? Any dull / tarnished contacts?
