What is the main difference between an Asus geforce rtx 2080 super and an Asus geforce rtx 2080 super oc?

I plan on buying an rtx 2080 super but i found out there is an oc version. If the oc version is better, how much extra money will it cost from a non oc rtx 2080 super?
