hi i have the below graphics card Asus GT640-2gd3

this card worked fine for basic computer taks & watching. but after i wanted to try a game
Spider-man Shattered Dimensions for 1st time gaming in couple of years, it crashed.
the connection still works 70% of the time. but has dots & lines..
is this fixable? please see error log from Event Viewer below..
current Specs
Win 8.1
Intel i5 cpu 3rd or 5th Gen -have to check
10gb RAM XMS brand
