[SOLVED] Asus GTX 1060 6gb dual fan not peforming to full usage

I resently recived a new gpu for my birth day, im into pc gaming and i was changing gpu's for msi GTX 1050 to ASUS GTX 1060 6gb but i installed the drivers and i cant even get 13fps on PUBG my specs are:
CPU: AMD A10 7800K
GPU: ASUS GTX 1060 6gb
Storage: 1500gb on hardrives
RAM: 8gb
PSU:VS550 RTX

I dont think its new as somebody bought me it online. If you have a solution or advice please replie.

Is your monitor plugged into your GPU or motherboard? It should be plugged into the GPU. I wouldn't expect great frames due to the cpu being weak but 13fps sounds lower than I'd expect

Ya unfortunately the weaker cpu and only 8gb will cause bad performance. You can try 720p resolution

I fixed it now because i had a weak AMD A10 9700 and it was bottlenecking my gpu so I upgraded to a ryzen 5 2600 snd everything is good this is my nee account
