Question Randomly getting vga debug led

I just built a new pc but getting randomly vga debug led like 1 out of 5 times if I restart it works fine
After the booting everything works smooth and no issue just the booting gets stuck in vga led sometimes

My specs
Amd Ryzen 7 9700x
Msi b650 gaming+ wifi
G Skill trident ram 16*2 6000mhz
Rx 9070 xt sapphire pure
2tb SSD wd blue
Cooler master 850w mwe fully modular psu


Bought the system like a week ago was working fine , I changed ram frequency to back to 4800 and pc was not booting so I cleared cmos and pc is working fine but still have the vga debug led 1 out of 5 times randomly please 🥺 help i spent a lot of money in this

What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?

Got a link to the ram kit used?

I bought from offline store
I can show you pictures of boxes if you want also it's rgb black clock ram sticks
And I updated mother board bios to latest version form msi website
