ASUS GTX 1060 vs ASUS GTX 1060 OC

is it correct that the only difference between ROG STRIX-GTX1060-6G-GAMING and ROG STRIX-GTX1060-O6G-GAMING is in factory clock?

No difference in manually oc and quality?

Yep, one has a higher pre OC, can still try and take either OC higher, the OC model generally has a known stronger GPU in it
