There are close. You won't go wrong with either. At this point, it would be best to look at the features that mean the most to you. I would prefer nvidia's features (3d vision, PHYSX, Shadowplay shield streaming) when even unless you are going to game on multiple screens since I find eyefinity to be superior in that remake.

Thanks Bro, I also personally prefer Nvidia, but the R9 280x Sapphire Tri-X OC Edition looks cool with 3 Fans.
