I have a build with motherboard ASUS H110M-A/M.2 (no overclocking) The computer runs flawlessly and passes every diagnostic as long as the BIOS setting for CPU turbo is disabled. Enabled I receive all sorts of random stop errors before Win10 can even get booted up.. BIOS default settings makes no difference. So far CPU turbo has to remain disabled. Any Ideas?

Component details:

Windows 10 Pro 64bit

Asus H110M-A/M.2 , Kaby Lake, HDMI, DVI, GB LAN, DDR4, USB 3.0

Intel Core i7-7700 Kaby Lake 3.6GHz (4.2GHz turbo) Quad-Core Unlocked

8GB (2x4GB) PC4-17000 DDR4 2133MHz Dual Channel

1 Crucial 1tb M.2 SSD

2 WD Blue 1tb 7200rpm 3.5

AMD Radeon R7 200 Series

Dell PC 460w Power supply

Solution
As it turns out it was not the BIOS or motherboard. It was a bad CPU! Replaced it with another Core-i7-7700 Koby Lake processor and everything runs flawlessly, even at 4200 turbo mode.

Thanks to all!
As Kaby Lake are quite new product, it's not uncommon to get unit that won't function properly. They are known for problems with overheating. So it may be that with turbo boost enabled your CPU just fails.
Another possibility is that your mobo is simply not capable of delivering enough power to the CPU. As I recall it uses 4 pin ATX connector, right? And I think 7700 might need 8-pin ATX to be fully powered.
