500 gb hard disk sata 3
and Intel SSD Pro 5450s Series 256GB M 2 80mm SATA 6Gb s
bios does not see m2 , sata 1 port is not accessible, how can I install windows in m 2 and also have the 500 gb disk ?where to connect the hard disk and dvd writer cables ? thanks

There are 4 SATA ports in the system, the boot drive should be on the lowest, rest do not matter. Try another cable on the drive if BIOS does not see it. Past that, test the drive in another system or an external USB enclosure to make sure it's OK.
