Asus H110M-C BIOS Downgrade & "BIOS is write protected" Error

Hi,

I want to downgrade my bios from v.3016 to v.0601 on Asus H110m-c motherboard because after updating my bios my games' fps drastically decrase. I am fallowing some steps to downgrade that are mentioned on http://smarttechtips.blogspot.com.tr/2012/08/how-to-donwngrade-asus-bios.html. However, I couldnt flash my bios due to "BIOS is write protected" error. I couldn't find a solution to disable write protection for my motherboard.

How can I disable write protection?

Tried resetting CMOS before downgrading? This blog is a bit old, perhaps it only works with older type mobo.
