Can I use core i3 7th generation processor on asus H110M-C motherboard.

Well possibly not out of the box. Many H110 boards will require a bios update before they support kaby lake CPU's. So you would need a compatible skylake cpu to update the bios in order to make the board compatible with kaby lake.

Get a B250 board if you want assured compatibility with kaby lake out of the box.
