Asus H110M-K BIOS update.

Hey guys!I recently upgraded from an Intel Pentium G4400 (Skylake) to a Intel i3 7100 (Kaby Lake).I have a Asus H110M-K Motherboard and just found out that i need to update my BIOS for it to support 7th Gen processors,but i really have no idea how to do that.If someone can help me with some explications and/or links it would be much apreciated!
