Asus H270F Extra Fan?

Hello, I'm trying to attach additional fans to a mobo, an ASUS H270F.

I see that there are pins for an extra fan on the motherboard, but I'm not quite sure what to attach to it. I have other chassis fans with 3 holes, attached to 4-pin connectors. The Extra Fan Pins have 5 pins. What device can attach to this? A fan hub, maybe?

The manual describes the pins. From left to right, they are:
GND
EXTFAN_SMB_DATA
EXTFAN_SMB_CLK
FANCARD_DETECT
EXTFAN_DET

The EXT_FAN ("extension" fan) is actually for the Asus Fan Extension Card (5-pin)

It's about ~$20 (http://www.ebay.com/itm/ASUS-Fan-Extension-Card-/291814459450)
